As Avrupadent Dental and Oral Health Center, we attach great importance to the security and confidentiality of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In this context, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained directly from you, through our website, via phone, or in face-to-face meetings, while providing healthcare services. The legal bases for processing your data are fulfilling the legal obligations of the data controller as stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, establishing or fulfilling a contract, being mandated by law, and your explicit consent.

Your personal data is defined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;
